I don’t believe that I had a personal bias on the problem. It was more of an interest that I had about Autism. Throughout my research it has been interesting to see how different disciplines focus on different aspects of Autism. By doing this interdisciplinary research I have learned that a problem can be solved by different disciplines working together. I have always heard the saying there is more than one way to look at a problem and by working through this process I have learned that that is very true. My understanding has defiantly changed. In the beginning I really had no idea how Autism was diagnosed or treated. I honestly knew very little about it. By reading the articles that I have chose I now have a better understanding on how it is diagnosed as well as ways that it can be treated.
